Internship at Grid Solutions, an EPC area with a focus on SVC and FSC greenfield and brownfield projects, where I assisted the project managers on day-to-day activities, which included:• Creating monthly status reports for the customer• Assisting with the schedule planning of the project• Coordinating the material purchasing process, from quotation request to delivery• Assisting with the logistic process of international items (drawback/back-to-back, boarding, and customs clearance)• Monitoring the POC evolution and help the CPM with Cash In/Cash Out forecast• Controlling P&C purchasing/delivery parts, panels assembly, and FPT tests with the help of Engineering• Supporting the PM in the control of general activitiesDuring my internship, I worked with private and public customers on one SVC and four FSC, respectively.
