Charged with providing consultancy services to 25 Kosovo businesses on the fields of Marketing, Business Management, Design and branding, Sales and Customer relations. Main requests from the businesses include the development of Marketing Plans, drafting of Sales Strategies, development of Social Media Management Strategies, Product Development, and Customer Relationship Management.Developed and delivered trainings on the fields of Marketing and Digital Marketing to 25 women-owned businesses in Kosovo.

Charged with developing CSOs capacities on marketing, specifically developing a social media guide to be used from Kosovar CSOs as a guideline that will help them reach a larger audience with more cost effectiveness. Responsible in developing the module, organizing, and delivering two workshops with around 30 interested CSOs on the basic uses of digital marketing and social media. Responsible in providing 10 on-the-job coaching sessions for the same target group on how to manage messaging using multiple social media platforms, including basic knowledge of maintenance and uploading of the Platforms. Responsible to tailor campaigns according to the needs of CSOs.

Responsible for developing Marketing Plans for three Kosovar companies working in the wood-processing and textile markets. Primary focus is on strengthening the companies’ competitive position in the domestic market and to achieve sustainably higher sales through more targeted, systematic and effective marketing. Additionally, I am also charged with assessing the companies’ potential for exports.

Advisor to a host of different companies, responsible for providing them with strategic development advise, including active sales pipeline and implementation, build new profitable business with new sales leads, pitching new products or services, and offering insight on maintaining fruitful relationship with current customers. Responsible for tracking and reporting on the progress of ongoing business, and strategic plans, researching organizations and identifying their needs and potential new business through diversification or new clients. Responsible for quarterly financial report analysis and advising on future investments. Work closely with the marketing departments in order to ensure the most effective spending of their budgets. Responsible for managing new contract negotiations, implementation, and delivery.

Responsible for all aspects of management of BCC such as staff management, strategic development, financial management; membership development, and public communication. Managed two Swiss and Austrian Government funded projects.Part of the team responsible to get BCC a full membership on the International Council of Management Consulting Institute (ICMCI).Responsible for fund-raising from international donor agencies for activities of BCC related to capacity development of consultants and for establishing professional certification standards within BCC. Drafted a sustainability strategy for BCC which is based on membership and service fees. Responsible for preparing progress and financial reports to the BCC Board of Directors which is comprised of the leading senior consultants of Kosovo. Responsible for writing all the Terms of References (TOR) for carrying out research about the demand for business support services from small, medium and big enterprises in Kosovo. Work closely with Ministry of Trade and Industry in ensuring the implementation of voucher scheme for consultancy services provided for small and medium enterprises. Work closely with Women in ITC association, Kosovo Women's Chamber of Commerce to ensure appropriate women representation on the activities of BCC and the voucher scheme.

Responsible for Macroeconomic sector, Energy, Water and Wastewater, and Post and Telecom portfolio of the Ministry. Working under the supervision of the Minister, I oversaw the implementation of the contract with the transaction advisors on the issue of privatization of the post and telecom of Kosovo. Co-led the working group for drafting of the Energy Strategy of Kosovo. Responsible for all aspects of public relations and communication with the wider public. Managed PR campaigns on issues of energy efficiency and water conservation. Worked on the National Energy Efficiency Action Plan and the National Renewable Energy Action plan. Responsible for the Media inquiries on the field of energy, water and wastewater. Participated in drafting an action plan to tackle the drought of Prishtina and Gjilan (during January and February 2014).

Directed and managed a staff of 14 (fourteen), 10 (ten) professionals and 4 (four) support staff. Responsible for quality assuring the implementation of all contracts. Prepared bids for contracts and was successful in securing a new contract (with an exclusivity clause) from the mobile operator IPKO for managing their advertising campaigns. Increased New Moment’s budget portfolio form EUR 200K to EUR 3 Million within one year. From October 2012 onwards, I worked as a part time management consultant, drafting bids and filtering the creative proposals.

Managed the Props on the Kosovo Young Europeans campaign.Directed a team of four people. Assisted the Director and the Director of Photography in daily bases. Responsible for around 10 main actors and 350 other static actors. Managed the location and time schedule of all the shootings.

Assisted a team of senior experts in their assignment of conducting a financial implication study of the draft Civil Service Code of Kosovo. Responsible for writing parts of the final report. Main duty was defining the categories to be classified as civil service servants by a thorough analysis on the fixed salaries and allowances.

Assisted the Office of Prime Minister Task Force in preparation of the donor conference by being heavily involved in the logistics of preparation of the visit to Brussels for the Kosovar delegation.Responsible for organizing the after conference reception for foreign delegations. Participated in key preparatory meetings with representatives of international donors, diplomatic liaison offices, IMF and World Bank. Assisted the Minister of Finance with preparation of meeting materials and responsible for writing reports from the meetings. Assisted the Director in drafting correspondence, updating the donor database and reviewing different strategy papers.

Assisted in maintenance of all Komtel implemented systems pertaining to border control, airports and bank system. During the time as a part time employee, I assisted the CEO with his daily duties such as: preparation of documentation for tender application, prepare written communication with business partners, and represented KOMTEL in meetings. Responsible in dealing with international clients and partners.

Established a web-page of the Student Academic Center and maintained it on daily bases.
