My main responsibilities are:- Preparing and controlling the Financial Statements following VAS such as the Balance Sheet, Profit and Loss and Cash flow statement, as well as consolidated financial statements, reconcile report between VAS and IFRS, as per requests.- Reviewing the accuracy of daily bookkeeping process in Petty cash, Bank, account payables, account receivables, payroll, allocation and depreciation, revaluation and other closing entries…- Preparing Tax reports, including WHT, CIT finalizations, VAT declaration, Invoice using report, …- Setting up accounting systems and accounting software, delivering implementation advisory services to newly-established foreign enterprises- Negotiate and communicating directly with clients from various countries and their regional related parties.- Delivering accounting and proper risk management for taxation services to clients in Vietnam, including foreign-invested enterprises (across the service, retail, trading, real estate sectors) - Providing internal training in accounting to accountants, trainees. The group focuses on creating a discussing forum for students on the subjects as well as mini activities to bring finance and accounting theories studied in class closer to practical reality. From January 2015, Diem became head of program department, taking care of scheduling, work assigning, events designing and managing.
