From founding my first business, Dibou’s Cuisine, where I crafted delicious jams from 2014-2016, to establishing Immersion Coaching and Learning in 2023. These ventures were not only fueled by entrepreneurial spirit but also rooted in my core values: love, personal development, gratitude, and faith.As the Manager of Customer Relations at Mackenzie Investments from 2019-2023, my leadership and team management skills flourished. I focused on fostering communication between customer service and operational departments, leading to significant improvements in team engagement and performance. Academically, I hold a certificate in International Business from HEC Montreal, a BAA from the University of Quebec in Montreal and certification from Concordia JMB School in 2021.Beyond formal education and professional experience, I approach coaching with a holistic perspective, aiming to empower Entrepreneurs and Leaders on their personal and professional journeys.
