In charge of Human Resources Management of ProjectsC&B:• In charge of payroll and all tasks related to C&B: Compulsory Social Insurance, Personal Income Tax for local and foreign employees.• Control HR operation, build the company regulation in comply and updated Vietnamese labour law/ regulation and in harmony company practice.• Give advice on HR-related issues to management.• Handle other labor-related issuesRecruitment, training, appraisal:• Involve in recruitment for locals and support expat mobilization; Follow up employment flow, from new hired staffs till their termination in comply with both company situation and current local law/regulation;• Conduct training related to company polices, regulations, orientation for new hires.• Training/ guiding/advising new HR for new projects follow up and ensure HR activities go smoothly and in comply with company regulations and local labor law.• Follow up periodical staff appraisal in coordination with Department’s head. Employee relations:• Response to Local/Global staff’s questions relating to policy/ regulation. • Build working good working culture: supporting, sharing and efficient. Other tasks : Carry out necessary steps/ documents to obtain necessary required document/ certificate (work permit / visa/ resident card) for expatriates to work in Vietnam.Supervise Office administration.Achievements:- Recruit engineers, officers zero cost (referrals, personal connections)- Improve/innovate paper forms, setting automatic formulas to save time.- Prevent legal risks for company by timely updating law and advise Management, be a contact point with government agencies, present in inspection or responding correspondence.- Innovate to reduce dramatically job quitting by inspiring a working environment with minimum unnecessary stress, make it a sharing and open, building a healthy working place.
