With nearly 20 years of experience, Dien Tirto Buwono is a well-seasoned content specialist, community builder, and marketer in integrated marketing communications and omni-channel media strategy. Her passion for innovation and exploration has propelled her career journey to the forefront of multiple industries.She has championed local fashion brands, covered international fashion weeks for Harper’s Bazaar and Marie Claire, led media and marketing innovations as the Co-Founder of FIMELA, and spearheaded the growth of content and influencer marketing in Indonesia through AVENU. Dien also played a key role in producing the globally renowned and award-winning boy group UN1TY and girl group V1RST, serving on the leadership team of one of the fastest-growing youth-focused media and entertainment groups in the country. Most recently, as Chief Brand Officer at Artotel Group, a homegrown hospitality operator with over 100 properties nationwide, she brought her unique blend of curiosity and pragmatism to the role.Currently, Dien has joined TINARA as Managing Partner, marking her return to the fashion industry. With her on board, the 30 years old couture house launched its wholesale business for the international market during New York Bridal Fashion Week F/W ‘25.Driving community growth and brand presence through innovation and interdisciplinary expertise is one of Dien’s key strengths, which she has demonstrated in her various roles.
