Current-Architectural Technologist | Residential High-rise Mixed-Use-Leverage BIM to develop detailed plans for all phases of a project (Design Development, Rezoning Application, Site Plan Application, Building Permit, Tender sets), spatial concepts, floor plans, and schematics, alongside generating visual representations for stakeholder communication and researching materials to meet design objectives.-Coordinate project deliverables with external stakeholders, review documents for accuracy, identify issues, and propose solutions to ensure project alignment and clarity.-Assist in Contract Administration by promptly revising drawings, preparing change documentation, and providing feedback for accurate incorporation of changes and compliance with project specifications.-Identify and communicate project risks in accordance with risk management processes.-Assist in the production of typical construction details library in collaboration with digital practice department.
