Control labor cost, budgets and related ones in terms of HR management.4. Analyze and propose possible initiatives for compensation, benefits, retention, rewards and recognition to ensure the company’s competitive advantages of HR practice in the market.5. Create and maintain relations with local authorities such as HEZA, Trade Union, etc.

Develop and implement HR policies and regulation of the company.2.
