Until July 21, we have 5 digital products for English learning and 2 for multi-language learning. ~ 800k users by July 21~ 400k monthly active users We are rated 4.9 on Chrome store We built the No.1 extension for English learners to learn with their favorite content, from movies, musics, news, social media to online courses, ebooks. I am in charge of non-tech projects, ranging from Product management, Sales & Marketing, and Operations. This role has helped me develop new skills covering Product management, Sales & Marketing, Finance, and Business Administration.

Cloud computing project+ Was in charge of Cloud computing project, maintaining good relationship with cloud partners, including IBM, HP, and local authorities such as, Hue People’s Committees, Hue Department of Information and Communication.WiSH project+ Initiated WiSH project – a healthtracker and health social network and got approved from Board of Directors.+ Created WiSH Feasibility Study plan (Quality Research) and conducted the research in one week with two headcount, interviewing 20 people in Hanoi and Ho Chi Minh City.+ Created WiSH Business Plan and demonstrated the feasibility: product development, marketing plan, financial forecast, profitability, and risk identification.+ Managed and assigned tasks to a group of three, was in charge of recruiting for Content group.+ Successfully planned and conducted WiSH Marketing survey (Quantity Research) in one week with 2 fulltime staff and 3 parttime, interviewing nearly 200 users in Hanoi and Ho Chi Minh City.+ Successfully earned partnership with two first partners, Hong Ngoc and Medlatec, Vietnamese well-known hospitals. + Proactively trained office skills (Excel, Word, Powerpoint) and self-study skills (User experience, Marketing skill) to colleagues.

+ Successfully completed the global training in London on Economics, Derivatives, Accounting, and Soft skills (including Networking and Presentation). + Successfully completed the rotation program in Global Market, Global Transactions Banking and Operations. + Successfully coordinated the Interest Subsidized Loan Program: proactively set up database control, reporting procedures, and accounting control; provided immediate reports for quick decision making.+ Successfully improved the reporting process from manual to automatic by applying Visual Basics and Excel, which reduced more than 90% working time, generated quick reports upon request. Main projects involved: Financial Statements preparation, Liquidity management, and Circular 13. + Analyzed monthly, quarterly and yearly financial information for Executives Committee meeting and Operation Committee meeting.+ Analyzed and controlled daily liquidity ratio within State bank’s limit.+ Initiated DB Club for soft skills practicing; Was a team leader for company 2008 year end party and team building event; Was a team leader for DB Fundraising for Charity day.

Built a database of more than 200 listed companies in Vietnam stock market. Kept updated with Vietnam economic news. Supported my colleagues with listed companies’ financial analysis.

Performed several parts of an audit program, including Financial expense and income. Worked comfortably with many foreign expatriates and dealt well with some uneasy-going clients.

Was the first person who took charge of the world news in Stock market news program. Built the format of the world news with support from my co-operative colleagues.
