Employed by CiviGenics, Inc., which was the largest provider of in-prison treatment programs at the time (and acquired by Community Education Centers in 2007); the program was housed in one cell block of approx. 50 inmates at the State Correctional Institute, which was the largest in PA and the 7th largest in the country at the time of employment.
