- Supervise the full range of environmental fate studies to achieve registration of new and to maintain and extend the registrations of existing compounds and products according to the BCS strategy- Ensure the development of competencies and skills at both the individual and collective level in the Efate Group- Ensure technical progress and innovation in the Efate Group by identifying regulatory, scientific and agronomic trends and by converting them into practice - Influence regulatory policy and guideline development via a network of links and relations with authorities and by representing the Efate Group in scientific and policy organizations- Efficiently manage the resources of the Efate Group in alignment with BCS strategies and ensure that customers’ demands on environmental fate studies and radioactive measurement services are fulfilled consistently with the right quality, cost efficiency, in time and in the right priority
