I help to develope agility, increase responsiveness and improve learning culture by providing a unique toolkit to develope the neccessary softskills for personal agility.

I always try to help every single player to achieve their highest abilities, and support the entire orchestra so that it plays the essence of the actual piece as coherently as possible. The communication between movement and sound, between players and conductor, which in the best case leads to real cooperation of all involved, is what inspires me to conduct.

To develope the ability to perceive coherence and the organic in development and movement is the heart of Intuitive Pedagogy. I conducted workshops for Intuitive Pedagogy between Island and Moscow. My main interest was, to help adults to find a full understanding of their own capabilities to create the best developmentfield for children through our own developement.

I´m helping people to develope their own way to educate children from human to human, based on human contact, communication and lived community. I´m helping teachers and parents to reconnect with themselves, if neccessary, and from this to find a real connection to the great abilities and needs of the new generation.

I was a lecturer in conducting, musical improvisation and chamber music and have also conducted workshops for intuitive pedagogy in the pedagogical department of Alanus University in Mannheim.
