I enjoy complex tasks, delving into how they work, establishing a context to apply them & making them a reality.I am extremely tenacious, personable, reliable, dedicated and loyal. The skill I am most proud of plus proved to be the most valuable has been my intuition. This allows me to navigate difficult situations, find alternative, unconventional and unexpected solutions which achieve results against the odds.Recently I have achieved the most when focused on customers. I am skilled at relationship building, providing customer support and often repairing broken legacy issues. In addition to this I have begun my journey into sales and marketing. Initially dabbling with LinkedIn but extended into defining the company strategy and thus building a strong customer base that includes many of the key players in the industry.My career has been spent completing tasks covering a variety of topics. I have worked with people from most departments and disciplines. It has been a great learning experience whereby a depth of knowledge has been gained.By understanding what each department needs to complete I can join the dots together. This overview of a business provides unique insight which brings activities together efficiently and effectively. I have found that from this I have also been able to help those I work with grow.My job title rarely reflects the tasks I have completed – This has been the case for the last few years but LinkedIn insists on a job title being included. I would prefer no title and to concerntrate on acheivements and skills. It is this that allows me to understand detail & build the top level oversight approach that I use. Aspies often have a ‘super power’ or heightened skill – mine is my intuition.A key thing is to allow me to flourish by giving me the space to absorb information and ensuring freedom to work. When comfortable and the sensory factors are minimal, I build trust and form powerful working relationships.
