After working for a few years, I decided to go (back) to university to finally get my degrees. I received my bachelor in Japanese Studies with a postgraduate in Korean Studies, and my master's degree in Cultural Studies. In September 2023, I started a 2-3 year course to become a Tour Guide officially recognised by Toerisme Vlaanderen (Flanders Tourism), with specialties lying in East-Asian countries, and a city guide for Mechelen and/or Antwerp. In my free time, I'm working on sharpening my Japanese language skills. I also enjoy photography as a side activity, focussing on travel and cultural heritage photography.
