The construction period is followed by a 25-year maintenance period. Capex is approx 200 mio Euro. - DBFMO prison of Dendermonde: June 2011, Contract & Financial Close (without swap) : The project includes a Prison of 444+ 12 inmates with an investment value of 81 mEUR. - DBFMO prison of Beveren: June 2011, Contract & Financial Close (with swap) : The project includes a Prison of 300 + 12 inmates with an investment value of 76 mEUR. - DBFM Student accommodation 'Kantienberg’ Ghent : October 2009, The project includes flats for 656 student , 127 parking lots and a student restaurant with a capacity of 600 persons. Investment value of 47 mEUR.1 project in BAFO :Retender of DBFM ‘ tram à Liège : from Prequal over First Bid into BAFO :Bid- & tendering management for ALSTOM / JV of PGGM and BAM PPP.The project includes (i) a 12km section of tramline and tram stops and (ii) a maintenance and storage depot to maintain and store the rolling stock, (iii) infrastructure and façade-to-façade civil works along the route, (iv) the rolling stock for the project. The project includes (i) Putting into service of an existing underground pre-metrotube of approx. 4 km and tram stops and (ii) the extension of an existing tram line of approx. 4 km and the construction of several civil structures and power station. The PPP contract is based on a real estate leasing structure and has a capex of approx. 70 mEUR.
