As a so called Client Distribution Manager (CDM) I've to manage on technical side all activities for the regular client releases for the Austrian Ministry of Finance (BMF). Means for hundreds of applications for thousands of employees on different client types (thin, well managed and virtual ones). Basically I apply my strengths like keep track of all needed technical activities and dependencies, apply my planning skills and communication skills to be able to play the man in the middle between demanding business client and technical staff to deliver optimal solution.
