Advanced through positions of increased responsibility to oversee site administration for Saudi Arabian Contractor Logistics Support (CLS) Program. This program is responsible for the fielding of the highly advanced M1A2/M1A2S Abrams tank with the Royal Saudi Land Forces (RSLF). Support included operations, maintenance, training, and logistical support of the M1A2/M1A2S main battle tank and a wide variety of other track vehicles, tactical and combat systems.Coordinate activities of cross-functional teams supporting administrative, government relations, finance, and information technology departments. Manage personnel actions across hiring, orientation, training/development, payroll/benefits administration, compensation, and housing. Plan and facilitate regular staff meetings to discuss status of daily operations and overarching program plans. Advise program managers, department heads, and executive staff on labor laws and policy changes; make recommendations on best practices. Contribute to development of proposals and contract negotiations. Prepare and submit regular finance reports. Administer office networks, handling all upgrades, troubleshooting, and repair.
