Further we are represented in Guangzhou, Dalian and Wuhan with Blohm + Voss Representative Offices. Total Manpower is 40 Staff. Achievement : Restructured in the first 12 Month the Organization in order to establish a more Efficient and Fluid Company Structure. We are implementing presently a New Accounting and CRM System to get a Transparent Market Structure and Control on our Business Activities. Acquired New Principals to expand with new profitable Product Portfolio our EBT. Further I installed new Man Power for Service, Sales and Sales Logistics to be ready for the Market Recovery at the end of this Year. Increased Sales by 200 %.

Business : Trading Head Office for Far East Region for Nickel Based Alloy semi-finished products in Plate + Sheet, Strip, Wire and Rod + Bar. The Nickel based Alloy is produced in Germany. Responsibility : Implementing Strategies for the various developed and developing markets in the regions to grow revenue through directing the local sales and marketing staff as well as local distributors. Markets; Burma and Cambodia. Achievement : Established the China market 5 years ago which is now accounting for 2/3 of the entire Far East Region Revenue. Captured the New Markets of Vietnam, Burma and Cambodia. Currently further increasing the China business by registering an additional company for Stock and Service Centre, which will drive an additional 20% up of the current revenue.

Business : Cold Rolling mill for CRCA Electro- and Mild SteelResponsibility : In charge of Finances, Marketing, Sales and Purchasing - 1000 employeesAchievement : Wound up and finalized a 5 year ongoing acquisition of an Indian CR Steel Mill with a capacity of 200,000 MT/A in September 1999 by preparing commercial and technical Due Diligence, as well as the complete transition of ownership. Re-organized the company to recover the lost market shares by implementing new strategy for the Electro- and Mild steel in India and Export markets, as well as re-vamping the Company's operation and re-establishing the brand name.

Business : Representative Office of the Thyssen Corporation and ThyssenKrupp after the Merger in 1999Responsibility : Founder of Thyssen Group Representative Offices in Hanoi and Ho Chi Minh City after US lifted the Embargo on Vietnam in 1994 and explored growth opportunities in Vietnam.Achievement : GM and Representative of the Holding towards the decision makers in the Vietnamese Industry and Government. Market introduction of the products of the 450 Thyssen companies. Planning and Executing of Projects and Contracts. After the Merger of Thyssen with Krupp in 1999 became Head Representative of the merged ThyssenKrupp as well.Started up the TK Elevator Division as well the Krupp Polysius Cement Co.
