Loxoll products increase storage availability enabling 100% production uptime through planned or unplanned storage outages. Leveraging on commodity storage, Loxoll products provide higher throughput and availability at half the price of tier-1 storage offerings. Program responsibility for all Loxoll products specific to the Apple market. Customer management responsibility for all products in the US and EMEA including follow on sales, contract development, negotiation, and execution, new product introduction, customer evaluations, product fulfillment and installation. Customers include end users, distributers, resellers, and OEM customers. Very hands on, personally performing all new configuration installations to validate process quality.

Managed a 50M mobile satellite communications program, Yonder, which provides broadband connection to mobile platforms such as boats, trains and aircraft. Projects included the development and manufacturing of both a Ku band modem and a satellite-tracking antenna used in aircrafts, development and management of multiple satellite ground stations, acquisition of satellite vendor bandwidth, and product manufacturing efficiency improvements. Managed development milestones, daily issue triage, project risk, schedules, budget, earned value reporting, and management resources. Negotiated multiple new contracts with existing customers up to 20M in value.

As program manager, developed a data migration program used by storage manufactures to migrate data off competitive storage. The program included development of migration tools specialized for each customer, development of a support call center, and development of a customer training program. The migration service was implemented in support centers around the world, US, AP, EMEA, and provided a significant percentage of Vicom’s revenue.As business development, increased product sales through the development of OEM and reference sell relationships with Tier 1 storage manufacturers.

Released and shipped 10 Tier-1 OEM storage area network products and 3 direct channel products in 4 years based on 5 unique hardware platforms. Successfully shipped 4,000+ units realizing 99.7 percent production reliability.

Founder recruited to single handedly architect, implement and test electrical and mechanical design. Managed all product manufacturing and agency testing. Delivered first product 5 months after completion of architectural concept. Technology includes Virtex and Spartan FPGA’s, Intel ARM processors, PCI, SRAM and DDR memory, SCSI, SSA, Ethernet and RS-232 controllers. Sole or key inventor on two patents protecting SAN architecture and hardware design intellectual property.
