This is a lifetime of work- no one else has this experience. Customizable for each individual and how you can learn yourself what your own body needs! My Goal: I want to have people figure out their own body chemistry and what is needed to lose and maintain the weight. Wants to take the pain out of the diet- the up and downs of diets and psychology what it does to you when you lose weight and gain weight. Keep people to stay on course and teach science behind why it happens and know what they need to do to make it through the day and keep the journey going one day at a time.
