Winter Family Care provides supports to assist individuals in transitioning from restrictive mental health setting to more integrated community settings. We also assist individuals and families in becoming licensed to provide foster care services and work to improve services throughout Saint Louis County through training, administrative support, connecting families with resources, liaising between agencies, and providing support with statutory compliance.

Winter Homes, Inc operates nursing care and adult foster care facilities in rural northeastern Minnesota as well as providing a variety of home and community based services such as independent living skill training, supported living services, supported employment, and transportation services.

Acquired in July 2015 and merged with Winter Family Care, LLC operations in 2017 JE & Associates provided support for families wishing to provide foster care services in their homes through licensing support, training, behavior support, administrative support, statutory compliance support.
