At XUAN, I had the opportunity to witness and practice on how a fashion brand operates. Since XUAN is a small and developing company, I got to be involved in all stages of their projects, especially their Spring/Summer 2018 show during the Paris Fashion Week. As a result, I gained experience not only in Marketing and Communications but also in Sales, Production, and Management. • Produced 2 newsletters per week to keep the clients updated with the brand’s activities and new products.• Managed the brand’s social media accounts such as Instagram (resulting in doubled number of followers and higher engagement rate), Facebook, Pinterest. • Analyzed and reported social media campaigns and promotions results to senior managers.• Updated press and features on the company’s website.• Helped planning, preparing for and organizing the Spring/Summer 2018 Couture Fashion Show at the Paris Fashion Week.• Kept tracks of garments that were sent to stylists, magazines, etc.• Helped to find manufacturers and ateliers in different countries like Vietnam, India, Portugal.• Maintained correspondence with manufacturers and clients using Vietnamese language skills.• Translated texts for promotions using Russian language skills.
