• Main Responsibilities• Preparation branch financial reports on monthly & quarterly basis. And any other specific report required by Regional/Head Office.• Preparation of monthly & quarterly variance analysis report of branch budget.• Keep update & advise Branch head about the position of various Head of Accounts with respect to School Budget.• Processing of payments using Beams (Accounting Software). This includes detail calculation of WHT & GST.• Preparation of online tax challan & depositing it into the bank.• Monthly preparation of bank reconciliation of principal bank account.• Preparation of reimbursements (Payments made on behalf of Group/Regional Office) & sending it to Group/Regional office.• Coordinating office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance to company policies• Preparation of Salary arrears (if any) of branch employee & sending it to group office for clearance.• Preparation of final settlement dues summary of resigned employee & sending it to group office.• Generation of EOBI numbers of new employees & updating on the system (Beams).• Other Duties Assigned• Organizing & supervising major event of the branch.• Supervising repair & maintenance work of the branch building.• Coordinate in conducting interviews for new hiring with branch/group head & processing new appointments.• Supervising support staff & dividing responsibilities to ensure performance.• Managing fixed assets of the branch.• Preparation of CAPEX budget (Capital Expenditure) for the branch with coordination of branch head

It also includes reviewing and approving consultant payments, managing PSU payments, and validating contractor invoices. Other responsibilities include calculating exchange rate differences, cost recovery, and leave adjustments, preparing bank reconciliation statements, remitting withholding tax, inputting financial transactions into ACCPAC accounting system, creating monthly financial reports, maintaining financial records, working with the Financial Manager to improve internal controls, and compiling annual financial reports and producing contract status reports.

Main Responsibilities• Report to management regarding the finances of the establishment.• Establish tables of accounts, and assign entries to proper accounts.• Develop, maintain, and analyze budgets, preparing periodic reports that compare budgeted costs to actual costs.• Monthly review of Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable & Ledger Scrutiny.• Monitor and review accounting and related system reports for accuracy and completeness.• Provide Assistance in the absence of the other staff. Have ability to work under pressure and meet the requirements under tight deadlines.• Handling office files; maintain them on a daily basis. Formatting of office documents according to the required Office Standards and guidelines.• Other duties as assigned
