I have been at the forefront of the legal landscape in India since July 2006. I am actively and primarily involved in Dispute Resolution and litigation advisory, often acting as lead Arguing Counsel – Litigation, and collaborating with other Young and Senior Counsels to ensure necessary timely solutions for clients. Currently, I hold the exclusive non-equity Litigation Counsel - Partner position at Brahmand Lexis LLP (my family firm), Synemarke Legal LLP, SRV Legal LLP, and Hammurabi & Solomon, Mumbai.Throughout my career, I have argued, counselled, and independently spoken on various branches of law, motivating and guiding the next generation of legal professionals. Many of those I have mentored are now thriving in their legal careers, contributing to the strength and integrity of the legal system.My work spans a broad spectrum of legal areas, including Dispute Resolution, Commercial and Civil Litigation, Intellectual Property, Criminal Law, International Arbitration, and Corporate Law.I have appeared before the Supreme Court, approximately 18 High Courts, and over 200 District Courts across India, including the Metropolitan Magistrates' Courts in Mumbai, City Civil & Sessions Court in Mumbai, and various District Courts in Thane, Pune, Nashik, Aurangabad, Ahmedabad, Valsad, Vadodara, Bangalore, Delhi, and more. Additionally, I have represented clients before NCLT, DRT, DRAT, Labour Courts, SEBI, and SAT. I have also extended my litigation knowledge and services overseas, providing legal expertise in four countries to better the lives of Indians and other nationals in conflict with the law.My dedication is not just to the practice of law but to the principle of ensuring that the legal framework evolves to promote financial freedom and justice for all.
