ICT is my profession and Fitness is my passion . I am a Certified Personal Trainer and Transformation Specialist under ISSA USA . I am a fitness enthusiast and has been into martial arts since 1984 and now into MMA and aesthetic body engineering. Has been selected as an Ambassador in the worlds topmost online Fitness group called FITTR and was also an ambassador in WOW Fitness group . Actively involved in promoting healthy lifestyle among the masses . Professionally I am a computer professional . Having a total work experience of Project Management along with Product Development, Implementation, Solution Architect and Nework design and operation of 34 years in a highly competitive and growing IT sector. Currently working with National Informatics Centre in the capacity of Senior Technical Director . I have handled teams, and have vast exposure of managing Study, Design Development, Testing and Implementation in a time bound manner. I can work in teams as well as within independent capacity. I am a fast learner and have good communication, presentation and negotiation skills. I am comfortable with Technology and Business Processes. Presently leading a team of around 100 no of infrastructure support team members in Assam and NER. Currently taking care of Practice & Business Development of Technology & Consulting, and E-Governance Program Management activities and IT Infrastructure Development in NIC Assam State Unit, Guwahati and in the Govt of Assam Space. Consulting with various departments for developing various web services to be offered through dynamic e-Portal. In charge of the existing Data Centre and Network Operation Centre which is a Government internet/intranet gateway to North East region of India.Involved in implementation of National Knowledge Network ( NKN) a project by GOI to create a GIGABIT national backbone for knowledge sharing among various knowledge institutes. It is also integrated with international Network like TEIN 3 , GLORIAD etc.
