It’s crazy how a 40+ year career can still feel like your first day when you have been at it so long and have had so many experiences. It has been quite a journey! Starting at a large downtown law firm, opening my first firm with a partner in 1992, to founding Digby Leigh & Co in 2005. I am passionate about making things around me a little bit better every day. When I think about “what do I offer that is a little bit different?” It comes down to my approach to problem solving for my clients. I always want to step back and ask what really matters here; set out the options with the pros and cons; and then guide the client to the right choice for them. Having worked in the legal field for close to 40 years, I truly believe the industry is ripe for change. This will be a solution which gives clients the much sought after price certainty, but perhaps even more importantly will create a continuous learning and system enhancement culture for law firms, which is a much better environment for all those that work in the legal industry.
