My extensive knowledge and expertise in cash application, billing, and accounts receivable make me an accomplished finance professional.My role as a Manager of Finance Operations involves managing a team responsible for processing cash postings and performing day-to-day activities such as cheque and wire transfers, adjustments, write-offs, and AR ageing. My responsibilities also include handling escalations and resolving problems and issues, communicating with global clients via email and phone, and liaising with collectors and customers to ensure outstanding balances are cleared on time.
