TREASURY- Ensure proper and efficient funding e liquidity management according to Group Treasury policy.- Maintain and develop relationships with bank and financial institutions both existing and new.- Develop and manage Company’s “payment systems” assuring timeliness, efficiency and security. Provide Commercial Divisions, and other involved organizational units, with the relevant Treasury requirements for the new products and services development .- Ensure timely, safe and accurate execution of external payments.- Manage corporate risks by providing adequate insurance cover for economical insurable risks, managing claims, acting within existing insurance policies.- Maintain the Treasury ongoing compliance to Sarbanes Oxley and to DL 231/2001.H6P2P & GRANTS- Perform accounting activities still in charge as local market (ie: contract registration, foreclosure, credit transfer,..)- Ensure accounting integrity through the process end to end (Actual & Accrual) - Manage relationships with other Company Divisions related to fiscal, accounting and operational issues.- Ensure the efficiency and the effectiveness of accounting processes and systems and the compliance with the Sarbanes Oxley for the accounting operational processes.- Support Shared Services Centre in managing end to end Accounts Payable, Rental Accounting, Inter/Intracompany, Travel & Expenses processes- Ensure proper management of Grant opportunities, by leading the activities for scouting, preparing request and managing the grants lifecycle, maximizing the benefits for the company.- Travel & Expenses Policy Owner"
