• Control all activities on operational level of the activities of the company including business contracts, their execution plan, Histogram, new hiring of team and their deployment, Mobilization and demobilization, • Strategic Planning and coordination between client and Project Managers.• Gathering & sharing information and establishing networking with clients and concerned persons/authorities with regards to upcoming projects.• Focus on upcoming/specific projects in order to ensure acquisition of contract.• Establish tangible business generation targets on monetary value for measuring success.• Provide support related to networking and documentation in order to deal with clients by addressing quires acquire business/project• Perform market intelligence related to potential projects, competitors, and other factors affecting company’s business• Identify & Develop strategic alliances with potential partners to place the company in an advantageous position• Interface meetings with Client & concerned auth

Responsibilities:- Lead parts of new and existing front-end, back-end, and API development translate business requirements into user stories- Monitoring, testing, and maintenance of existing Python applications- Establish and maintain API’s- Collaborate with other developers and architects to build scalable solutions- Work with other developers, testers, PMs to deliver high quality and deployable software- Participate in stand-ups, design/requirements meetings, code reviews, and internal technology sessions to support Program Manager/CTO with new project initiatives- Work independently on development of code, creation of unit tests, rapid prototyping of new librariesBackground:- Strong background in developing, optimization, scaling and dealing with high levels of traffic- Expert with Ruby, Rails- Django, Python- Highly skilled in JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3- Experience with any of the following is a plus - jQuery, AngularJS, PostgreSQL, Redis, Memcached, - Linux, Nginx, Elasticsearch, and Amazon Web Services- Experience with developing APIs Experience with XML and JSON manipulation- Experience with Linux, Scripting, code deployments, and tools such as SVN, GIT, TRAC, JIRA, and/or Rabbit MQ, Celery- Experience with ETL and data transformation/manipulation processes- Experience with streaming Audio and Video players for the web- Experience with automated unit testing frameworks- Experience with relational databases or NoSQL databases
