CurrentWorking within the Looked After Children and Permanency service at Brent Council to raise awareness about fostering in the local area and recruit foster carers. So far in this role I have:- designed and implemented the digital marketing strategy for 2019-2020 and 2020-2021- led the rebranding campaign and turned Brent Fostering into a fresh and friendly-looking foster care recruitment service aimed at Brent's adult population- created and implemented the Covid-19 communications strategy, which gathered a record number of fostering applications- organised and promoted over 20 digital formation events which have been receiving increased attention from prospective foster parents for the last 12 months- redesigned the website to enhance CX- led the ideation and content creation processes and turned the fostering website into a knowledge hub for prospective carers. I have also created customised reports in GA to track the success of our content, which counts for 50% of website traffic- updated the social media strategy, which resulted in a spike in the number of followers and engagement- ran successful paid campaigns on Facebook, Instagram and Twitter, which raised the profile of Brent Fostering locally and increased residents' awareness of foster care- created a YouTube channel populated with a host of in-house videos on all aspects of fostering- created marketing collateral for internal and external events- launched the organisation's Instagram channel to network with other key accounts in Brent and with local followers- worked closely with the communications department to run borough-wide campaigns- leveraged the internal communication channels to raise the profile of fostering within Brent Council and encourage employees to support fostering recruitment- acted as a community manager and led on a digital transformation project to replace email communications with a shared point platform- provided digital training to team members and foster carers
