About Adithya Krishnan

I have loved technology and marketing since I was a little kid. I remember the day I was sitting in front of a computer and making an animated video on Microsoft Flash, for the very first time. It felt surreal! When I saw my friends being interested, I started making small videos for something in return (like a barter system). That's when my passion for marketing piqued. Currently, I am a marketing professional who has experience in diverse sectors in B2B, B2C, D2C for Ed-Tech, Fintech, Retail, OTT, OTA, FMCG, Telecom and E-commerce. Building a large clientele has helped me understand the "P's" in marketing and direct myself to understand various problems in the business world.I began my digital marketing career for an ed-tech organization. This company helped lay the bricks in the SEO world and intrigued me further. This exposed me to the world of performance marketing and growth hacking. I learnt performance marketing on the job. After gaining this know-how, I began my hunt for a start-up in search of a fresh challenge. While looking for riveting startups, I took on the role of SEO and Social Media Manager. This role divulged me with gaining knowledge of full-funnel digital plans across performance strategies, including search ads, social media marketing, SEO and Online Reputation Management (ORM). This helped me gain hands-on experience creating paid performance channel strategy that defines the targeting, investment, and measurement approach across acquisition and direct response digital touchpoints – including social, search, display, etc. Meanwhile, alongside the Performance campaigns, I was also responsible for running various SEO, ASO & E-Mail marketing campaigns to drive sales and revenue to impact the organization's growth, which taught me more about end-to-end marketing.Currently, I work for Publicis Groupe (Performics) where I help various clients grow their online presence via performance-based search to foster KPIs.
