I am currently exploring the world of AI, testing many use cases for business. I firmly believe there is a need for education in AI so we can all be armed with the facts to make the best decisions. And I am making time to get up to speed on this. Most of my days are spent working on organic posts for social media for my clients. I also enjoy my 1-2-1 sessions where clients get to re-ignite passion for their business and realise social media is just about talking to people and sharing information about their business. It's not selling! Well, it's not all about selling. I also do a reasonable amount of Facebook group community engagement. Admin tasks and also posting engaging content to get conversations going. There's a real art to running a successful community and I have been practising this for many years now. I know what works. The rest of paid time is spent helping with techie stuff, using software like LifterLMS, ConvertKit, Wordpress, SendOwl, SquareSpace, WooCommerce and so on to help clients manage their business admin. Whether that be resolving customer issues for my clients, fixing something that's broken or creating a new process/product.I have a dedicated number of hours a week which I devote to community work. This varies greatly from leading a community project to utilising my skills for one off pieces of work (like updating a website). This was a conscious decision when I created Digital Annie. I wanted to use my skills, knowledge and experience to make a difference in the world.
