Leading all aspects of architecture and product development as well as member of the company’s board of directors and senior executive management team.

Promoted from Chief Architect, to Vice President of Technology, overseeing all IT, Technical Support, E-Commerce, Facilities and Digital Marketing operations for Canada’s largest online leisure travel retailers, with annual revenue in excess of $250 million and over 225 employees across multiple geographic locations including call centers in Toronto, Montreal and the U.K. Supervised staff of over 30 employees plus additional onshore and offshore contract personnel. Initiates and maintains partner relationships. Work closely with all departments on e-business strategies and other strategic corporate initiatives.

Led a highly skilled group of Product Development Managers, responsible for all business analysis and functional specification design for the first and leading online Sales Incentive and Loyalty organization.

Responsible for key technology decisions, telephony, implementations and support for a major inbound Tour Operator based out of New York City with offices in Miami, Los Angeles, Toronto and Germany.

Worked directly with Actuaries and Insurance Agents to build the prototype for the first ever online insurance rating and scoring engine.
