I run a consultancy that helps businesses create customer centric products and services through design, research and facilitation. With 20 years experience in UX, CX and design leadership I have helped start-ups, large organisations and government agencies across a range of different industries.I specialise in turnings ideas into tangible prototypes to test with real customers. Returning for the second phase of this large project, I ran interdisciplinary workshops and research to develop a solution for pre pay electricity, delivered through smart meters. As with phase one, facilitation, research and design was at the core of delivering end to end journeys for different user types and product design to enable the team to create class leading applications.

Supplied all of the bank’s business units with creative artwork, both for print and web. Transitioned through a brand restructure, pushing guidelines and updating the bank's identity. Brought campaigns through concept, production and distribution stages. Our high volume of work necessitated rapid turnaround time and meticulous accuracy without sacrificing creativity.Provided design services across the group from marketing, brand and merchandising to chief executive office. Branch posters, dl flyers, press adverts, online banner adverts, sponsorship website design and development using HTML, CSS, Flash and Actionscript.I competed with the creative agency to design the Bank of Ireland 2in1 credit card, and won.

Greater Bournemouth Area

I managed a project to completely redesign their website, modernising the visual representation of the company and offering network and technical support in the office. It was my responsibility to create a global contemporary brand whilst preserving the proud heritage of the company, updating livery pieces, designing publicity posters and creating microsites. I also worked as an examiner, correcting ICM web design courses.
