Responsible for - • Managing accounts - Airtel, Vodafone, IDEA, RCOM, and BSNL), Media and various Brands & Agencies.• Managing TELCOS, Content Partners while working across multiple platforms.• Managing VAS categories - Voice, Data, Apps, SMS (P2A/SUBS) & CRBT, E Commerce. • Business objectives in terms of revenues, penetration targets & other strategic initiatives & business objectives.• Deliver a superior user experience to consumers.• Explore & developing new services, consumer engagement with innovative products & proposition to generate revenue & excitement.• Demonstrate leadership to consistently deliver organizational objectives within timeline.• Work closely with internal teams and business partners in planning and implementing product launches etc.• Managing Digital business on Desi Martini.com, Shine.com • Responsible for strategic content partnerships for Bollywood content on mobile & IPTV under various categories.• Responsible for annual target achievement and business planning of product categories including all strategic alliances.Achievement – • Mobile VAS (VOICE, TEXT, Data and Apps) – Numerous subscription/Ala carte Driven products under Music, Movies, Devotional, Celebrity, Sports, Films, Festivals & Events genres.• Direct to consumer – WAP portal (Video Zone) launched on Vodafone with new business model • Voice Portal – Chalissa and Aarti portal over single BSNL, Airtel and IDEA• WAP – HTShine.com (WAP_ launched on RCOM and BSNL• Brand Campaigns – HT No TV Day campaign, PVR App, Coke-R.One, Sprite Gully Cricket
