> Analyzing input and coordinate with the project manager from beginning to end> Template checking> Sample checking as per client specification> Ensuring overall quality from pre-press to printer> To coordinate with the project manager and production team> Brainstorming with the art and edit team in conceptualizing vibrant editorial photography> Integrating and maintaining the look and feel of the publication> Working with the Editors and Art Department to develop strategies and solutions for stories and packages> Verify the status of images for the books/magazines, check proofs for color, liaise with retouchers and the Photo Editor to ensure quality control> Occasionally help the Photo Editor to acquire images> Ensure all layouts are clean, pre-flighted, and well-prepared for pre-press> Coordinating workflow with all departments> Drive the Quality awareness program in the organization across all levels and work closely with all functions to inculcate Quality as a habit > Understanding the client's requirements and providing quality services to the client> Managing the QUALITY of Creative design, Technical and Medical Illustrations > Provide the monthly report on process failures, Error report, Corrective And Prevention Action (CAPA) Items to Executive Committee
