Brought in by Miral Asset Management as a member of the Executive team to lead transformation of the performance of Farah Experiences and drive digital transformation across all assets (Ferrari World, Warner Bros, Yas Waterworld).Through Digital, successfully transformed the customer experience with a strong emphasis on data and analytics and helped realise the strategy of Yas Island as a destination. To drive growth, developed the strategy and created new marketing and sales entity for Yas Island, Yas Experiences.Delivered $18m of savings across procurement, park operations and support services. Established the Shared Services model and ensured the business was fit for the growth of the existing parks, Ferrari World and Yas WaterWorld, as well as future attractions, Warner Bros. World, SeaWorld and Clymb.Developed and implemented the corporate strategy for Farah and all subsidiaries (Ferrari World, Yas WaterWorld, Warner Bros. Yas Experiences) and integrated with the overall vision for Yas Island aligning with other stakeholders on the island. Cascaded the strategy through the organisation and integrated with the performance management process. Established a Portfolio, Programme and Project Management methodology, created a PMO and had oversight of 115 programmes and projects. As Founder and CEO, I established and operated the Brandpath Group in the Region for Peter Jones of Dragon's Den fame. Growing to 130 people, I repaid the start-up investment of GBP 5m within 18 months of trading.I had accountability for all aspects of the business including: Strategy, full P&L, PMO, HR, Sales, Customer Service. Services provided to customers: Retail Franchise services for Vodafone, re-seller b2b business sales, mobile device corporate sales, end-to-end global solutions, HR outsourcing services.The Brandpath Group is a $400m business privately owned by entrepreneur Peter Jones CBE. It places the products of major brands directly into the hands of their customers in over 50 markets through global end-to-end services.

As a member of the Executive Committee, I developed the strategy, transformed and turned around the performance of the business ensuring a positive EBITDA, introduced new revenue streams and drove a more structured, accountable and successful way of working. Additionally, I led HR and had oversight of all operations.Starlink, part of the Ooredoo Group, is a premium communications, media, retail and logistics business operating in Qatar and across the Gulf. Since its inception in 2006, Starlink quickly established itself as a major partner for Ooredoo, Showtime and Al Jazeera. In addition, Starlink provides Call Centre and Retail Managed Services in Qatar.

Qatar has won the right to host the World Cup in 2022. As part of the Executive leadership team, reporting to the Director General, I developed the strategy, established the PMO, set up all operations and led the coordination and delivery of all aspects of the winning bid.

As a member of the Executive Committee leadership team who started the bank, I was accountable for developing the strategy and the framework for strategy execution. I established the Programme Office and had oversight of all the programmes and projects to launch the bank including the core banking implementation, branch set-up, IPO and expansion into the UAE through acquisition of, and merger with, Lebanon’s BLC bank. Al Khalij Commercial Bank (al khaliji), established in 2007, is Qatar's pioneer 'next generation bank' offering a full range of conventional banking products and services to retail, business, corporate and institutional customers.

Chief of Staff to the CEO, a member of the Management Committee, involved in all the major strategic priorities of the bank in the Region and turned around under-performing operations. Left the bank as the CEO moved to Qatar to start a new bank and asked me to join the team.

Part of the team that delivered the "most successful turnaround in British corporate history". Following the turnaround of Energis from bankruptcy to its acquisition by Cable & Wireless for $1bn, I led the Service Delivery workstreams that managed the transformation and successful integration of the two businesses.
