As Vice President of operations for Campbell/Mott Group I was responsible for the operations of two divisions, All In A Basket, and Port City Java. All In A Basket was a gift shop attached to Port City Java, a coffeehouse and cafe. After establishing All In A Basket as a homebased business, I merged with Port City Java, a franchise, and launched a gift shop/coffeehouse concept. Along with over seeing the gift shop operations I was also responsible for catering and event planning for the coffee house.

As owner/operator of Custom Gift Baskets I worked every aspect of the business from designing the business model to creating, constructing and marketing the products. Custom Gift Baskets provided specialized, corporate gift baskets and promotional items for the hospitality and pharmaceutical industry.
