As Global Marketing & Digital Director, I am responsible for an international team of experienced marketing managers across three continents and provide the business with our strategic marketing direction. In addition to my Marketing responsibilities I also continue to drive a digital innovation framework resulting in significant cost savings and business efficiencies across product information, marketing campaigns and internal process management.

Responsible for the creation and implementation of global digital roadmap; Develop and execute a global digital marketing plan; Collaborate with international stakeholders to align digital innovation; Analyse customer data, consumer trends and position to drive strategy; Manage existing and new innovative external partners to help the business drive digital change and boost performance

As Head of Marketing Optimisation and Execution I managed and led a multi-faceted team that includes: an in-house Design Studio responsible for the end to end creative, art working and delivery of our member marketing material, digital and print campaign assets and creative services; the Email Operations team who provide email deployment best practice for the business and execute the delivery of approx. 10m member emails per annum; whilst also driving the Marketing Optimisation strategy consisting of the ongoing review and improvement of the marketing technology platforms and production processes.

- Responsible for digital strategy and integration of full marketing mix- Managing in-house full service digital agency team of 6, with responsibility for EME member marketing campaign production, online content creation and collateral in 17 languages- Digital SME for all departments including best practice advocate for email marketing, online content, social media, SMS and user experience- Manage digital supplier roster inc. Email Service Provider and agency overflow- Team member on Global e-commerce projects including complete redesign of RCI.com, Marketing Offers, Rec Engine plus all Global e-marketing initiatives

Projects included: £500k project to converge content from the nine development agency websites onto businesslink.gov.uk, working closely with over 18 individual stakeholders; plus a strategic project to design an online self-service business support solutionManagement of project teams including convergence/engagement managers, business analysts plus external suppliers including BT and Thomson Reuters

Utilised £200k of annual website development funding to enhance core website functionality and meet complex national stakeholder needs

Managed new media and e-marketing team writing and delivering business information content online and to over 30,000 e-newsletter subscribersProject managed the development and ongoing maintenance of a new regional Business Link East Midlands website and corporate intranet

Maintained and developed Northamptonshire Chamber and Business Link websites plus all e-marketing activity to 6,000 local business subscribers

Designed and developed award winning timesheet management system, company intranet, and corporate website
