My main responsibilities are: Handling the official logistics equipment Handling the office staffs and maintain daily routine Maintaining relationship between the office and external parties Coordinating the Director for making business strategy  Making plan for promotion and publicity of the company Designing various training program (In – house, Out – house) Managing the training materials and resource persons for the delivery of training. Planning different strategy for the smooth conduction of the training Organizing, Managing and Evaluating the various government training Reporting the final report to the Director as well as clients (Nepal Government)
