Prior to my promotion to Senior Manager for sales of $500k+, I directed several experienced teams while interfacing with clientele across the MENA region. As a manager I was really able to demonstrate my passion and dedication to effective leadership by collaborating with my sales teams to consistently overachieve sales.A couple of my key contributions as manager were:■ I overachieved sales targets by $500K+, successfully selling deals in Technology Transformation Projects throughout the region, showcasing my prowess in leadership, which directly resulted in my promotion to senior management.■ I delivered five projects valued at $1M under budget and within deadlines.

As an Assistant Manager with EY I assisted management and teams in end-to-end project assignments while adhering to project delivery schedules and SLA parameters, composed project estimates, budgets, and methodology definition and service delivery strategy, and delegated tasks to team members to optimize the utilization of our resources. Also I engaged in IS audits for several banks and companies, drafting observation reports for financial auditors and issuing consultancy on firms’ IT systems reliability.Two of my major contributions to EY as Assistant Manager were:■ I sold several deals worth $100K in Technology Transformation, delivering four projects for a total of $400K.■ Providing clientele with assistance in process automation, slashing resolution times from two weeks to one day.

Bahrain

Before beginning with EY, I gained considerable insight into core banking systems and operations with The International Banking Corporation. Here I managed all end-to-end technical operations within the IT department, coordinating professional and technical support received from 3rd parties. I created successful IT strategies in alignment with overall bank strategy objectives, in addition to performing an evaluation of all network, computer, software, and banking application systems to enact appropriate upgrades and changes. I devised and implemented IT policies, processes, and procedures, overseeing Service Level Agreements with vendors. I developed a helpdesk system to appropriately document and resolve issues, and offered in-depth training sessions for IT personnel on issue resolution and processes. I also implemented a Disaster Recovery site and real time replication between two locations, and linked office networks between Singapore, Malta, and Bahrain.Just a few of my key achievements as IT Manager were:■ Optimized resource usage via the implementation of a shift system for the IT team, introducing a shift rotation system leading to a reduction of customer complaints by at least 50%.■ I was able to reduce response times from a full day to one hour by rolling out process automation in both front and back ends.■ I contributed to a decrease in data recovery times significantly from three days to one hour by standardizing personal computer imaging throughout the department.■ Received recognition from management and colleagues as an integral component in an initiative to interface between Midas core Banking and the Kondor+ system implementation of Core Banking.I have additional experience with The International Banking Corporation as an Assistant Manager, and for Algosaibi Investment Holding as an Islamic Dealer.
