-Applies company testing procedures to ensure that quality of packing materials, and final products meet established QC standards (every 30 minutes.)-Supervises employees during the whole process of manufacturing of product to ensure quality and productivity (Controlling the Loss Rate).-Applies Data Analysis to Control the Rate of Quality and prepare analysis data of Laboratory Test Results for relentless reduction of variation to ensure process, product and service consistency, monitoring process, improving quality & productivity (Monthly)..-Assists in internal auditing program, assessing the performance of the quality system, reporting its effectiveness to the management and proposing actions for improvement.-Ensure adherence to good hygienic practices in the factory.-Ensure the monitoring of key quality parameters by means of statistical process control in order to drive structured root cause analysis and continuous improvement in the quest for zero defects.-Promote quality awareness across the Factory. Assist in quality training for factory personnel and contractors (this includes initial-, quality awareness -, hygiene training and training of quality staff) to push them towards the best performance.-Initiates Non-Conformance Report (NCR-Material rejection notices) as required.-Assists in material yield and consumption.-Participates in kaizen projects related to raw materials (material cost saving) and product development.-Checks process control parameters to ensure adherence to company standards (HMA Ratio, Temperature Control, QC Panels, Sap and Pulp amount check, HMI Setting, Vision System Set Up, Emboss Temperature and its Clearance) per shift.-Defines quality procedures in conjunction with production and operating staff to achieve the Quality requirements.-Leads and arranges DR3 (Final report) for new products and communicate through direct superior with R&D department in Japan as per company procedures.
