Mr. Weaver started Promatica in response to an unserved need for objective and independent advisory services across programmatic marketing and digital ad technology landscapes. Mr. Weaver assists brands, agencies, technology vendors, and publishers in building programmatic solutions that align with their business, drive revenue, and accelerate activation to achieve business goals. Weaver most recently held a brand strategy role at TubeMogul, a video ad-technology company where he educated brands on programmatic models and best practices in an effort to accelerate adoption of the platform.Prior, Mr. Weaver was Managing Director of the Mindshare Trading Desk (WPP). He was responsible for developing and activating the first transparent programmatic framework for enterprise brand marketers. He was responsible for client activation across several brands including Unilever, Kimberly-Clark, CVS, and more recently Johnson & Johnson and L’Oreal. Mr. Weaver developed new products, revenue streams, and business models for the agency resulting in sustained growth and larger profit margins. This substantiated the new model as a preferable alternative to the non-transparent nature of the agency trading desk model. Mr. Weaver began his career in media by starting a media agency while in college. During this time, he developed a passion for advertising technology and digital media while tech was booming in the late 90′s. In 2005, Mr. Weaver was brought to Media Storm to launch the digital investment group for the agency. There his passion for entrepreneurship and building companies was re-ignited. He contributed to year over year client and revenue growth resulting in additional office expansion to New York City.
