Created training program for newly licensed agents designed to jumpstart their careers. The JumpStart program is a hands-on training program that matches new agents with experienced mentors. The mentors train the agents in real time to generate leads, obtain listings, and close deals. Weekly in-office training courses are offered every week and cover an array of topics from real estate basics, to sales psychology and range from residential rentals to managing new developments. This scalable training platform grew a team from 30 agents to 150 agents within two years.
