Developed Asthma Management program for 200 asthmatic patients to help minimize reoccurrence of asthma attacks and hospitalizations. Coordinated a training program on Asthma Management for community physicians and clinics to increase knowledge and compliance in meeting the needs of the patients in the community. Responsible for the overall coordination of the Asthma Management program and consolidation of partnerships with other programs, agencies and stakeholders as appropriate. Reviewed and evaluated performance on the Asthma Program's components: clinical, epidemiological and research to create strategies to implement effective interventions.
