Executive Director - Schulich Leader Scholarships:Schulich Leader Scholarships are Canada and Israel's most prestigious entrance scholarships awarded to top high school graduates enrolling in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM) undergraduate programs at 25 participating universities. Schulich Leader Scholarships are the largest undergraduate scholarships in Canada at 50x $120,000 towards engineering degrees and 50x $100,000 towards science and mathematics degrees. In Israel, the scholarships are valued at ₪160,000 NIS towards an engineering degree; and ₪120,000 NIS towards a science degree.To date, over 1,100 Schulich Leaders have been awarded with over $90M in scholarship funding directly to these entrepreneurial-minded STEM innovators as of 2023. Schulich Leader Scholarships is funded by The Schulich Foundation and co-administered by United Jewish Appeal (UJA) Federation of Greater Toronto.Schulich Builders: Scholarships for Skilled Trades:Launched in 2023, Schulich Builders will cover tuition, tools and living expenses for students enrolling in a skilled trade program at one of ten participating colleges in Ontario. Priority will be given to students nominated by their high school or a non-profit community organization. Students may also apply directly through participating colleges: Centennial, Fanshawe, Algonquin, George Brown, Mohawk, Sheridan, Conestoga, Durham, Humber and Loyalist.Each college will award ten scholarships per year:-five $20,000 scholarships for one-year certificate programs, and-five $40,000 scholarships for two-year diploma programs.In addition to financial support, Schulich Builders also provides leadership training and mentorship to set up graduates for success. In its first year of operation, more than $3 million is committed to combat labour shortages and highlight the importance of skilled trades in Canada.

Oversaw the partnership with Canadian business leader and philanthropist Seymour Schulich and created a $100 million+ scholarship initiative to secure the future economic competitiveness of Canada and Israel. The scholarships are designed to ensure that future Canadian and Israeli leaders are among the next pioneers of global scientific and technological innovation.High School Graduates enroling to pursue undergraduate STEM degrees (Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics) at 25 designated universities apply to become a Schulich Leader. The four-year Schulich Leader Scholarships are valued at C$120,000 and ₪160,000 for undergraduate engineering degrees; and C$100,000 and ₪120,000 for undergraduate science and mathematics degrees. 100 Canadian and 55 Israeli Schulich Leaders are selected annually to pursue Bachelor's Degrees in STEM areas of study in their respective countries.

Working as the Social Innovation Manager of UJA's Community Connect (The young adult community capacity-building division of the UJA Federation of Greater Toronto in 2010) allowed me to work on projects that cultivated relationships and connections to the Jewish community to support UJA efforts towards social impact projects in Canada and in Israel.The autonomy of my role allowed me to work on projects that piloted new models of community building within UJA Federation, while still maintaining the core mission that governs UJA as a world-class non-profit institution.Major projects that were managed during my tenure with UJA's Community Connect were: Hoops 4 Israel, Joel Schwartz Memorial Hockey Tournament (JSMHT), Green Juice, BAC2Fashion, The JewDo Blog, Jam 4 Israel, and CIE's Taglit-Birthright Israel Marketing.

Managed a variety of community capacity-building initiatives to engage, educate and inspire the next generation of Jewish community members in Canada through the support of UJA Federation of Greater Toronto, Jewish Federations Canada - UIA, Canada Israel Experience, and Taglit-Birthright Israel.

Managing in-field sales teams in 20+ locations throughout Southern Ontario for clients in the Telecomm and Entertainment sector.
