I have been helping for over 20 years companies and startups to develop and grow their business, innovation process and integrated strategy. With strong background in entrepreneurship, I have had the experience co-founding a Digital Agency in the early stage period of web1.0 in Brazil, a co-living startup in Australia and a Social Media Agency. My professional background had also a solid experience in executive positions building communication strategies for global brands giving me capability to lead and manage multidisciplinary teams. Over the past years I’ve been focused on developing strategies and community building for Blockchain and Web3 projects such as: NFT initiatives, DeFi ecosystems, immersive internet and alternative funding platforms.At Sthorm I was responsible for the Brazilian operation. Responsible for the marketing and business development strategy coordinating the integration between different areas with the product development team based in Argentina. Marketing and strategy leader focusing on the launch and growth of web3 platforms such as DeFi ecosystems, Metaverse, NFT platforms and decentralized funding platforms.At Moonstro I worked as a partner and strategy director, being one of the main responsible for the consolidation and growth of the company reaching a revenue of U$1M per year. Heading a team of more than 25 employees, I was responsible for structuring various departments such as paid media, planning, commercial and new business. During the pandemic, I led the implementation of an agile methodology to make remote work possible for all the agency's professionals, ensuring a significant increase in productivity, profitability and efficiency.At Edelman, I acted as the Executive Vice-President of the Digital, Creation, and Media departments, leading a team of 55 employees. Managing the digital reputation of our clients (including Sonae Sierra, IBMEC, Avon, GE, CPFL, and HP), I reported directly to the CEO and to the Digital Leader of LATAM. In 2002, I cofounded the agency Agente and remained a Partner until 2012. There, I was able to develop a holistic approach to business development and entrepreneurship. With a team of 30 employees, we were able to successfully provide services for brands like: History Channel, Honda, Symantec, Procopio Sports and Oakley. In 2015, I had the privilege of partaking in the FCB team that was awarded 3 Cannes Lions, one of them gold, for the “Print For Help - HP” project, which also received other awards, such as: Clio, LIA, One Show, and Clube de Criação.
