Heading a team of more than 25 employees, I was responsible for structuring various departments such as paid media, planning, commercial and new business. During the pandemic, I led the implementation of an agile methodology to make remote work possible for all the agency's professionals, ensuring a significant increase in productivity, profitability and efficiency.At Edelman, I acted as the Executive Vice-President of the Digital, Creation, and Media departments, leading a team of 55 employees. Managing the digital reputation of our clients (including Sonae Sierra, IBMEC, Avon, GE, CPFL, and HP), I reported directly to the CEO and to the Digital Leader of LATAM. In 2002, I cofounded the agency Agente and remained a Partner until 2012. There, I was able to develop a holistic approach to business development and entrepreneurship. With a team of 30 employees, we were able to successfully provide services for brands like: History Channel, Honda, Symantec, Procopio Sports and Oakley. In 2015, I had the privilege of partaking in the FCB team that was awarded 3 Cannes Lions, one of them gold, for the “Print For Help - HP” project, which also received other awards, such as: Clio, LIA, One Show, and Clube de Criação.
