Work closely with Project Team Members and provide support to achieve successful product Engineering Sign‐Off milestones and deliverables as per GEN3 NPI process.● Analysis & Verification of failure observe during BEAT Level Engine & Vehicle Testing, observe failures are raised within the MiNT system and tracked through a 9 state structured resolution process.● Support the problem solving 8D process and development of corrective action plans for issues identified during product development as well as field failures.● Support the analysis of engineering deviations and conformance plans.● Analysis & Verification of project documentation (DFMEAs, DVPs, Engineering Reports, FIRs & Green Reports) submitted for Engineering Sign-Off of PVBU and CVBU● Maintain up-to-date status of the project DVPSoR based on the latest evidence and facts received through Signed-off target book, DVP, Change part list, FIR’s Reports, GR’s Reports, & 8D analysis reports.● Prepare and Ensure timely release of ESO Reports (Gateway Status Report, Flash Report & Final Close Out Report) as per ESO Report Calendar● Maintain a project documentation as per IATF16949:2016 & WCQ requirements.● Support deployment of RMDV2 system as part of WCQ for new projects in ERC

Daily Monitoring process carryout according to control plan & Inspect the part according to inspection frequency & Maintain daily inspection report.● Attain external & internal customer complaints and arriving at an appropriate root cause by effective use of problem solving tools like 8D.● Monitoring Process Performance Index of critical parameters through X Bar R Chart and improve the same & eliminating / reducing chronic problems in the machining unit cells through the extensive usage of 7 QC tools.● Implemented “Alarm Escalation System “on shop floor, which caused an intervention of senior leadership and the when the defect rate is crossed the set limit, finally resulting in improving the line FTQ Percentage.● Conduct Process and part audit as per the defined frequency, identify the non-conformities and follow up with concerned persons in closing the identified NC.● Study and Prepare Layout Inspection, Final Inspection, Gauge Inspection and analysis of CMM Inspection part report and maintain all Records.● Raise Quality Alert Timely to Concerns for any Non-Conformity, awareness training to be provided to Team members.● Ability to understand the requirement of any kind of Quality Audit and make the required documentation ready in-line to the same.● Monitoring the effectiveness of systems through Line side review and internal audits.● Reporting the QMS Performance to Top Management through Management Review● Establishing, implementing & maintaining BIQ System (GM Customer requirement), IATF-16949on shop

Individually handling Power train machining lines like Crankshaft, Cylinder block, Cylinder Head line & effectively resolving the quality issues.● Lead the activity of, PPAP builds collect the data of problems found during builds. Resolve the issues by coordinating with product engineering, process engineering, and supplier quality departments.● Study of Process Capability for critical parameter.● Improve the FTQ percentage of Machining lines by tracking the quality issues on hourly basis and by taking an instant action on the same.● Raise Blue card for any quality issue elevated on shop floor. If issues not resolve raising PCS and lead the manufacturing team in resolving that quality issue though group problem solving.● Attend internal and external customers on hourly basis, to review the quality complaints if any and in case of found, update Feedback / Feed Forward Sheet & Create Quality alert and take corrective actions accordingly.● Conduct SOT, Layer Audit & Safety Audit.● Maintain all Quality Documents.● Working on Flex-net software which plays a vital role in tracking the parts history from start to end and also prevents non confirming parts from reaching the customers.● Working on Q-DAS(A GM software system to collect the data & monitoring it by statistical tools)
