Major customization and data analytics on Project management module to meet RPS professional services requirements- Completed seven legal entities go-live and approx. 30 internal / upgrade releases in three years, including introducing new features and functions).- Heavy use of RSAT based testing in all releases and championed the DevOps being the sole source of D365 platform- Wrote architecture, functional and "how-to" documents to support the D365 template rollout.
