Developed the ABFT brand and gave its projects a unique identity. My key projects include:The Make a Mark project, a collaboration with Niccolo Campriani (Olympic Champion) and the International Olympic Committee that aimed to empower refugees through the sport of shooting and support them in building new lives and competing in the 2020 Tokyo Olympics. The project was covered in a 5-part docu-series by Vice Media. Worked with Olympic champions and a Grammy winner to make a significant impact on refugees' lives.The Olympic Values Education Programme (OVEP), implemented in around 90 government schools in Odisha with great success. Responsibilities included program design, contextualization for the Indian setting, and producing detailed reports. Resulted in increased school attendance, girl participation, and instillation of core Olympic values.

Assisted in transitioning the organization from an external agency to an in-house department. Revamped the organization's project visual representation and created content for donor engagement and fundraising.

Visual communication and brand identity for the organization and its projects, including ABTP by Abhinav A. Bindra, are my responsibility. I handle government projects from proposal writing to execution stage, including interior design for new centers. I collaborate with the Director on business growth, creating financial models, developing client solutions, and delivering successful pitch decks.

This period saw me work as a freelance professional with various brands and educational institutes, supporting their visual communications. I worked with organisations such as the Marriott group, Lovely Professional University, etc.

Served as the department lead and contributed to the development of the EdTech product through UI/UX design. Led a team of designers, writers, and on-screen talent to create animated instructional videos as educational learning material.

Developed value-based education material in the form of books and videos for K-12 students, including designing print literature and creating supporting video content.
